刪除你的「Guessit」帳號

在 App 內刪除(建議)

開啟「Guessit」→ 登入 → 前往「設定 / 個人檔案」→ 點選「刪除帳號」→ 確認。帳號將立即永久刪除,操作無法復原。

無法開啟 App?

若你無法登入或存取 App,請寄信到 [email protected],主旨註明「刪除帳號」並附上你註冊用的電子郵件,我們會在合理期間內為你處理刪除。

刪除會移除哪些資料

帳號本體:電子郵件、顯示名稱、密碼雜湊。
遊玩紀錄:案件進度、對局、提問與作答、提示與道具使用、連勝資料。
社交資料:好友關係、邀請、推薦紀錄。
與帳號關聯的分享、購買授權狀態與檢舉紀錄。

資料保存

刪除後,我們會在合理期間內移除或去識別化你的個人資料,法令要求須保存者(例如交易或稅務紀錄)除外。

Delete your "Guessit" account

Delete in-app (recommended)

Open Guessit → sign in → go to "Settings / Profile" → tap "Delete account" → confirm. Your account is permanently deleted immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Can't open the app?

If you cannot sign in or access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete account" and the email you registered with. We will process the deletion within a reasonable period.

What is removed

Account: email, display name, password hash.
Gameplay: case progress, sessions, questions/answers, hint/item usage, streak data.
Social: friend relationships, invites, referral records.
Account-linked share events, purchase entitlement status, and reports.

Retention

After deletion we remove or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction or tax records).
