歡迎使用「Guessit」(以下稱「本服務」)。在使用本服務前,請詳閱以下條款。當你註冊帳號或使用本服務,即表示你已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本條款。

一、帳號
1. 你必須提供正確的電子郵件並完成驗證,方可使用本服務的遊玩功能。
2. 你應妥善保管帳號與密碼,並對該帳號下的所有活動負責。
3. 禁止冒用他人身分、共用帳號從事濫用,或以自動化程式大量註冊。

二、服務內容
1. 本服務提供推理解謎遊戲(猜罪、猜病、猜物等玩法),包含每日案件、連勝、好友比較、提示道具與會員訂閱等功能。
2. 本服務的劇情、案件與對話部分由人工智慧生成,僅供娛樂,不代表真實人物、事件或專業意見。

三、會員與付費
1. 會員訂閱與應用程式內購買透過 Google Play 或 App Store 等平台處理,實際扣款、續訂與退款規則依各平台政策辦理。
2. 會員權益內容與期間以購買當下本服務所示為準。我們保留調整權益與價格的權利,並會事先公告。
3. 虛擬道具(如提示燈泡、補連勝卡)不具現金價值,不可轉讓或兌換現金。

四、使用者行為
你同意不從事下列行為:
1. 干擾或破壞本服務的正常運作,或試圖未經授權存取系統。
2. 上傳或散布違法、騷擾、仇恨或侵害他人權利的內容。
3. 利用漏洞取得不當利益,或以任何方式操縱遊戲結果、排行榜或統計。
違反者,我們得暫停或終止其帳號。

五、智慧財產權
本服務的程式、介面、美術、文字與商標均屬本服務或其授權人所有。未經同意,不得重製、散布或作商業利用。

六、服務變更與終止
我們得隨時新增、修改或停止部分或全部服務。對於因服務變更、中斷或終止所致之損失,於法律允許範圍內不負賠償責任。

七、免責
本服務依「現狀」提供。詳細免責內容請參閱「免責聲明」。

八、準據法與管轄
本條款之解釋與適用,以及因本條款所生之爭議,依中華民國(台灣)法律為準據法。

九、條款變更
我們可能不時修訂本條款,重大變更將於本服務內公告。修訂後你若繼續使用,視為同意修訂內容。

Terms of Service

Welcome to "Guessit" (the "Service"). Please read these terms before using the Service. By registering an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account
1. You must provide a valid email and complete verification before you can use the gameplay features.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and for all activity under your account.
3. Impersonation, shared-account abuse, and automated mass registration are prohibited.

2. The Service
1. The Service provides deduction/puzzle games (modes such as Guess the Crime, Guess the Illness, Guess the Object), including daily cases, streaks, friend comparisons, hint items, and membership subscriptions.
2. Storylines, cases, and dialogue are partly AI-generated, for entertainment only, and do not represent real people, events, or professional advice.

3. Membership and Payments
1. Membership subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through platforms such as Google Play or the App Store; billing, renewal, and refunds follow each platform's policies.
2. Membership benefits and duration are as shown in the Service at the time of purchase. We may adjust benefits and pricing, with prior notice.
3. Virtual items (such as hint bulbs and streak-freeze cards) have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
1. Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
2. Upload or distribute illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
3. Exploit bugs for improper gain, or manipulate game results, leaderboards, or statistics.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service's software, interface, artwork, text, and trademarks belong to the Service or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.

6. Changes and Termination
We may add, modify, or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from changes, interruptions, or termination of the Service.

7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." See the "Disclaimer" for details.

8. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).

9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced within the Service. Your continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
