Use Settings → Restore purchases with the original Apple / Google account to restore Remove Ads on that platform. Contact [email protected] for help with purchased hint credits. Store restoration alone does not restore consumed hint packs. Keep the app open and retry if a purchase is still verifying. Progress is saved on the device.
All hint credits are stored on this device, with no online wallet or cross-device sync. Reinstalling or changing devices may lose unused hints. Delete the app and its data to remove local records, subject to device backup behavior. Never send store passwords or payment card details.
