Chair Depot Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Welcome to Chair Depot (the “Service”). This policy explains the data handled by the game and related services, its uses, and how to manage your data or contact us. No game account is required. Game progress and hint balances are stored on your device.
1. Data We Handle
1. Local game data: level progress, scores, the current board, move history, language and sound preferences, hint balances, revealed hints and ad reward records. This data supports saving and gameplay; it is not sent to a game server operated by us.
2. Purchase data: product and transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, verification data and Remove Ads entitlement status. The app verifies store transactions on the device and keeps records needed to grant purchases without duplication. We do not receive your card number or store account password.
3. Advertising and technical data: the Google AdMob SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device/app identifiers, ad interactions, crash and performance information. Actual processing depends on the operating system, SDK configuration, your choices and available permissions.
4. Support data: when you email us, we receive your email address, message and any screenshots, app/device versions or descriptions you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. How We Use Data
1. To provide gameplay, save progress and preferences, and maintain hint balances.
2. To verify and restore store entitlements, grant purchases and ad rewards, and prevent duplicate grants.
3. To provide advertising, measure its performance and prevent fraud through the ad service, and handle applicable advertising privacy choices.
4. To answer support requests, investigate problems and handle data rights requests.
This version has no analytics service operated by us, AI conversations, social login, friends feature or online wallet. It does not request camera, microphone or precise location permission.
3. Third-Party Services
1. Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (UMP): provide banners, ordinary interstitials, optional rewarded ads and applicable privacy choices. This version requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean the ad service processes no data. Consent messages are shown where required, and Privacy choices appear in Settings when applicable. Remove Ads stops banners, automatic interstitials and unsolicited entry reward offers; you may still choose to watch a rewarded ad for a hint. On iOS, the advertising service may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for ad measurement only after you allow tracking in Apple’s system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and any applicable regional consent. Declining tracking does not block gameplay, purchases or hints; ads can still be provided without IDFA. You can change the tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The system prompt is shown only when iOS permits a new request; it is not repeated on every launch.
2. Apple App Store / Google Play: process payments, transactions and restoration. Purchases and restoration require a store connection; credited hints work offline. Each platform retains transaction and account data under its own policy.
3. Email providers: when you use your email app to contact support, email providers process delivery, receipt and storage under their policies.
Third parties may process data in countries where they operate. We do not sell your personal data; ad services still process and share data under their policies and your applicable choices.

4. Retention and Security
Local game and purchase records are kept in app data, generally until you delete the app and its data. System backup, restore and migration behavior may affect retention. Android app auto-backup is disabled. We do not provide our own cloud save or cross-device hint sync; reinstalling or changing devices may lose unused hints.
Remove Ads can be restored using the original account on the same store. Store restoration does not reconstruct the remaining balance of consumed hint packs. Deleting the app does not delete records held by Apple, Google or other third parties.
Support emails are retained while needed to handle the issue and follow-up. Legal retention obligations or dispute handling may require longer retention. You may request deletion; handling depends on applicable law and the email service’s backup processes. We use reasonable access management and device protections, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, or withdraw applicable consent, by emailing [email protected]. There is no game account to delete. Manage local data by deleting the app and its data; support cannot remotely access or restore your local hint balance.
You may manage identifiers or permissions through your operating system’s available advertising/privacy controls, and adjust ad choices when Privacy choices appears in the app. Use third parties’ own channels for rights requests concerning their store or advertising records; we can help identify relevant contact options.
6. Children’s Privacy
The game is for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly supplied by children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact support so we can address it under applicable law.
7. Changes
We will update this policy and its date when our data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the app or policy page. Where separate consent is required, we will handle it under applicable requirements.
